February

Besides having my anniversary in this month I hate it. Why you may ask? Let's see when Andrew was 10 months old he was in the hospital with RSV and phenomia with an oxygen level at 70. We spent 4 days in the hospital. They told us he had asthma. Ok that was fine since Shawn has it and had it really bad as a child, it was expected that Andrew would. So a year (2011) later to the date, we end up in the hospital again. This time we were in the PICU (pediatric intensive care unit ) for 10 days. Shawn, my mom, and my self in a little room with a very sick little boy. He had to be on a ventilator. Hard to explain. He was also on oxygen. Papa and bubba came to visit but poor Andrew it was awful. Also I was pregnant with Abigail around 30 weeks when we had Andrew, so we were nervous for me going into labor. We learned then that he has chronic lung disease due to premature. Well now we are in February 2012 and in a new climate. We were thinking that maybe nothing would be wrong well guess again. I took Andrew in on January 31 and they said he is in the begging of a asthma flare up. It is now 3rd and he is coughing worse and can't hardly breath. I guess the month I February is only good for our anniversary. So damn you February. By the way happy anniversary on the 14 to the best hubby ever.

  1. I hope you have a wonderful anniversary on Valentine's Day! (Also my dad's birthday!!) I am sorry Andrew has been so sick. Totally know all about trips back and forth to appointments. I hope you can find out for sure what is wrong with him and get him better.
